Are you a detail-oriented professional with fantastic IT skills and a knack for connecting talent with opportunities? If so, we’d love for you to join our dynamic UK-based recruitment company as a Virtual Assistant. This is your chance to play a crucial role in shaping careers and fostering client relationships.
THE BASICS:
You'll start by conducting engaging discovery calls with clients to confirm vacancy details and understand their needs. Then, you'll put your creative writing skills to use, with the use of A.I. to craft compelling job adverts that attract top talent. Once those adverts are ready, you'll distribute them across various job boards using our specialised software, making sure they reach the right eyes.
Communication is key in this role. You'll send detailed job briefs to our resource teams and manage their CV submissions, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Speaking of CVs, you'll also be responsible for emailing and calling job-seeking candidates, understanding their aspirations, and determining their fit for roles.
'Shortlisting the shortlist' of CVs will be a crucial part of your job. You’ll review them meticulously to present the best candidates to our management team & client-partners. Additionally, you’ll handle various administrative tasks, streamlining our operations, and enhancing the client journey from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role ideally within the recruitment industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with exceptional IT skills, including proficiency with recruitment software and MS Office. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you’ll need to multitask and prioritize effectively. Most importantly, we want someone with a proactive and professional approach to work.
