Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working with a specialist provider of integrated customer relationship management and digital solutions. Our client provides a fully integrated solution with functionality including online member self-service, campaign management, and additional modules including membership management, financial management and much more.
THE BASICS:
As the Technical Consultant, you will be working with clients and customers from the initial requirements analysis phase through to design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of the solution working on a mixture of projects to meet specific customer needs.
This role will require you to work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, you’ll be required to design and implement solutions to help them achieve their objectives through the use of our clients CRM, digital technology portfolio and change management solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll be working with clients to analyse business requirements/problems and user journeys to develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs, you’ll also facilitate workshops with clients to analyse functional gaps and solutions required. Another part of your role will include, demonstrating software solutions to clients to achieve formal sign off of on deliverables, so solid face to face client experience is required.
Consultants with experience delivering projects in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner, to a high degree of quality will be of high interest, so too will those how can create and maintain project plans in support of the project delivery, assigning tasks, tracking and reporting progress, issues and risks to the client and internally when required.
THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
We’re looking for consultants with excellent communication skills who have previously delivered directly to clients as well as individuals who have at least 3 years full project lifecycle experience and a minimum of 1 years’ experience with SQL, alternatively, if you have any experience with user story writing and software testing process please APPLY TODAY!
THE DESIRABLES:
Consultants with an understanding around any of the following: .NET, Azure DevOps, PRINCE2 and Microsoft workflow are likely to receive an immediate interview request, so too are individuals with experience supporting Microsoft projects as well as dealing with CRM Systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
THE CONCLUSION:
