Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with one of its’ newest clients; an online retailer as they look to identify a talented Systems Administrator to join their friendly and purposeful work environment where progression, innovation, and drive is actively encouraged.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, with previous Systems Administrator experience to manage our clients internal IT network. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating and maintaining the infrastructure to support the needs of the business with opportunities to support on IT projects and help to innovate the department as well as the wider company.
THE BASICS
As System Administrator you will perform daily monitoring checks; verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network and server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs, including backups.
If you can maintain and administer computer networks, including hardware, systems software, applications software, administrative tools and utilities, and all configurations including the installation and management of operating system patches and upgrades on a regular basis then please apply today.
Additionally you are required to manage Security and PCI requirements, perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions as well as Implement appropriate security measures at a network and server level.
KEY SKILLS
Our client is looking for individuals with strong networking knowledge coupled with commercial experienced with Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows 10 configuration and troubleshooting.
System Administrators with experience of anti-virus and monitoring solutions will also be highly sought after.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
If you have knowledge of G Suite Administration, Scripting skills including C# programming then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
