As they continue to grow their team and expand their service offering within their integration & support function, the need for a qualified and enthusiastic Support Engineer has become apparent.
THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Support Engineers with proven experience supporting Linux Red Hat/CentOS environments and knowledge of Windows and Linux clustered environments should apply today.
If you have knowledge & experience in Linux and Windows networking, file transfer protocols such as rsync and scp, coupled with key skills in BASH scripting and automation of repeated tasks, then we’d like to hear from you.
Support Engineers with proven experience supporting SQL databases with good SQL querying knowledge : and an ability to work logically and methodically will also be of interest.
THE DESIRABLE SKILLS:
-Telecommunications knowledge (Radio & Fixed wire)
-Programming and shell scripting skills using Python/Bash
-SAN & Storage experience and exposure
THE OTHER REQUISITES:
We are looking for Support Engineers can work as part of a team providing professional and comprehensive support, whilst maintaining/improving technical diagnostic information for different solutions/products/customers.
If you can work alongside project development teams to gain experience of the product/solution and assist in testing, integration and deployment, whilst providing customer feedback – providing evidence where bug fixes are required and an out of hours cover for Priority 1 support calls (1 week in every 4) then this job opportunity should be for you.
