THE BASICS:
As Java developer you will undertake development activities in TDD, BDD and Scrum, or other Agile practices. You will be responsible for coding, building, testing and maintenance of software systems, and subject to experience coaching other more junior developers.
KEY SKILLS:
You will be a motivated and dedicated team-player able to work in agile teams and have experience on working within a payments project like CHAPS or real time payments.
You will show a flair for creative and innovative solutions to difficult problems and be able to discuss and present complex technical information with colleagues and customers.
You will be comfortable with a range of activities from requirements gathering to deployment and be familiar with the best practices in software development and be committed to improving your knowledge and experience.
Commercial experience in some or all of the following:
Java, SOLID Design principles, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Agile concepts
Payments – CHAPS or real time payments
