Service Desk Analyst | London | up to circa £25,000
We are currently looking for 1st | 2nd Line Service Desk Analysts to be based in our clients’ London office.
Currently working 3 days in the office 2 days from home.
Our client is an award winning, friendly & progressive service provider with locations in the USA, UK & Asia.
THE BASICS:
As the Service Desk Support Analyst, you will be technically competent with the ability to liaise with external clients at a high level; capable of working in a fast-paced environment. All Support Analysts will provide 1st and 2nd line support in a service desk environment to clients resolving any issues by telephone, email and remote support.
THE PRE-REQUISITES:
If you have a couple of years’ experience in a 1st and 2nd line support capacity, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN and Microsoft Exchange, with an understanding of tape and online backup utilities we’d like to hear from you TODAY.
Analysts with experience of file servers and distribution lists and excellent customer service and communication skills, are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
