We are looking for a Service Delivery/Desk Manager to lead by example and maintain high expectations of external resource from technical team, with an ability to step back and look at the bigger picture.
TECHNICAL:
Service Delivery/Desk Managers with experience working as a supervisor, team leader or manager should apply.
Experience managing and working with SLA’s & KPI’s, providing weekly/monthly reports on performance, with proven experience working within the ITIL framework and strong technical proficiency with network hardware and software is important.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft 365 (Windows 10, Office 365 & EM + S), Citrix Technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler), supporting a SIP/VOIP telephony system and technical proficiency in server and storage hardware and software are likely to receive and immediate interview request.
CONCLUSION:
