Lead Business Analyst | Hertfordshire & London & Remote | circa £65,000

BASICS:
As the newLead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the entire requirements process, understand and define the scope of the project based on the project initiation document or other scope-related artefacts and review documentation for consistency and accuracy.
Taking responsibility for compiling reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and proposed solutions whilst applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefits of projects will be part of your remit.
In this role you willreport to the Head of PMO and take primary responsibility for developing the team of Business Analysts and driving best practices within the organisation.
You should have managed others, through a change journey especially as you will form part of a management team, with responsibility for shaping and bringing the team along the journey.
If you can investigate, assess and develop operational, business performance and reporting systems whilst leading design sessions, then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
PRE-REQUISITES:
We are looking for someone to review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, and identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis, whilst working with stakeholders in order to determine needs and requirements of the business and determine operational objectives by studying business functions and improving internal and client facing systems by studying current practices; designing and proposing modifications.
ABOUT YOU:

Business Analysts with experience of working with web-based IT products, designing bespoke systems and mixed methodologies of project delivery (SCRUM, KANBAN, Waterfall, DSDM) should apply today.
This role will also require strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
