Our client is going through a significant growth phase and is planning on doubling in size over the next 3 years. So the opportunity for progression is fantastic.

If you have proficient I.T. skills to include MS Excel, Word and Outlook, coupled with excellent administration skills; both verbal and written, with good time management, then this job opportunity should be for you!

Sales Administrator job role:

If you have at least 1 years’ experience in a Sales Administration position with the below qualities, then we would like to hear from you.

  • Recording incoming enquiries
  • Transferring hard copy information onto electronic files
  • Organising appointments for Sales Directors
  • Preparing quotation / tender information to support bids (this would be assembling rather than creating)
  • Fielding calls from clients in the absence of sales personnel
  • Producing reports from the CRM system
  • Assisting Sales Directors in getting ready for face to face presentations
  • Filing/post duties
  • General word document creation
  • Knowledge of Power point/ Excel
