BASICS:
As the new iSMP Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of the Intelligent Site Management Plan (iSMP), ensuring compliance and progressive assurance.
In this role you will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and lead the delivery of the iSMP with accountability for reporting costs and managing resources, with strict management of the delivery programme.
If you can take care of the overall programme management, including stand-up meetings with the software developers; gap analysis – identification and resolution, whilst ensuring data consensus and developing support documentation, then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
PRE-REQUISITES:
We are looking for someone to manage end to end process flows and user stories and considerations; data architecture, security requirements, scope documentation for development, mock-ups utilising a visual design standard and the creation of test plans based on working with the iSMP team.
ABOUT YOU:
If you have solid issue resolution and documentation skills, coupled with planning & coordination attributes, including success factors, KPIs, measuring and reporting, we’d like to hear from you.
Project Managers with at least five years of IT work experience and three to five years with experience of arranging, planning, documenting and getting consensus on stakeholder sessions for scoping and design; this could be the ideal role for you.
This role will also require strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
