Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are looking for an experienced and ambitious hands-on Digital Project Manager to join our clients’ talented team, in their London head office. THE BASICS:

Project Managers with several years’ experience, looking to work in a fast-paced, agile, technical agency environment alongside talented developers, producers, testers, designers and other project managers will be of interest. The projects you work on, will include web builds, apps, social media and innovative digital solutions, so if you have agency-side experience, coupled with an appreciation for UI/UX, and a strong technical understanding; able to translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

Your main responsibility as a Project Manager will be to manage project deliverables ensuring they are at the appropriate levels of quality and are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the project plan.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

If you are able to track and monitor the overall project progress, resolving issues, initiating corrective action to avoid scope-creep and identifying and escalating potential issues, with an understanding of the client business objectives and strategic approach of the project, then we’d like to hear from you. Project Managers able to track progress and report findings to senior management and clients will be desirable; so too will those individuals who can identify new commercial opportunities that arise from existing clients.

THE TECHNICAL STUFF:

-Several years digital agency project management experience

-Solid people skills and a positive can-do attitude

-Demonstrable experience managing technically challenging projects

-Good understanding of the fundamentals of web development and UI/UX

-Experience defining, managing and delivering Agile software projects

Use of Jira to manage project delivery and backlogs

-Understanding of accessibility, usability and user acceptance testing approach to deliverables.
