THE BASICS:

We are looking for a PMO to provide guidance and structure to the execution of projects, with a proven track record of supporting the Project Team with document controls – including project documentation storage, version control and adherence to project delivery lifecycle methodology. If you can produce meeting minutes and track actions to completion and create MI on progress, we would like to hear from you TODAY.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

Coordinating project status reports including RAID logs and managing workforce planning; whilst ensuring projects are tracked appropriately in Planview (or another similar toolset) is vital.

A strategic mindset, with the ability to focus on both big picture and practical impact, coupled with excellent interpersonal, relationship and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate and partner with all areas of Change, Technology and the business in general, will result in an immediate interview request.

THE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

PMOs with several years’ experience of working as a lead PMO on a program / portfolio of work or in

a Central PMO office, who carry a formal project management training certificate (such as: Prince II Foundation) and business and product knowledge would be desirable.

THE CONCLUSION:

Japanese speaking PMOs with excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability and a motivated approach to their work, will be of interest.  The ability to operate with urgency and prioritise workloads; coupled with strong decision-making skills, and an ability to demonstrate sound judgement will hold you in good stead.
