Our client has assisted organisations to transform their IT environments by investing heavily in testing tools and training.
THE BASICS:
We are looking for Penetration Testers who have Public Sector end-client experience and are keen to develop skills and learn from colleagues as our client aims to double their delivery capability over the next 6 : 18 months.
You will report directly to the Head of Penetration Testing and based on your experience you will be able to be fully home-based : with some minimal travel to client’s site if necessary.
Testers who can provide CREST and CHECK Penetration Testing services to our clients’ clients in all sectors to a high level should apply. This job opportunity will require external, web application and internal network penetration testing skills. Ideally, you will specialise in one of these areas but have a good working knowledge of all three testing types and as part of a test team you’ll lead your own test team and run your own tests individually and provide a detailed written report for all tests.
THE TECHNICAL STUFF:
You will have overall responsibility for the entire test, with a guaranteed path to obtain CTL / CCT Inf / CCT App status with milestones whilst being fully supported along the way.

We are looking for a CHECK Team Member or CHECK Team Leader; with CREST Infrastructure or Application and a good level of experience with either Internal Infrastructure Testing or Web Application Testing.

THE DESIRABLES:
As Penetration Tester, you must have conducted commercial penetration tests in the past and be able to carry out testing unsupervised. Any individual with CCNA / CCNP, OSCP, any Microsoft qualifications, and experience working as a Systems Administrator / Network Engineer role will be of interest.

If you have a passion for testing and if you are fluent in English and have a good command of written English; as well as showing proficiency in coding or scripting (python, C++), coupled with any supporting qualifications such as QSA, GDPR, ISO 27001 auditor, then this is the job opportunity for you. Mobile Device and Application testing or design skills will also be an advantage. Public Sector experience is highly desirable.
