NetSuite Business Analysts / CRM consultants with a deep expertise in the NetSuite’s CRM functionality gained from working with a range of previous clients or in a similar internal consulting role migrating business systems and processes over to NetSuite should apply today.
THE BASICS:
If you have working knowledge of NetSuite’s Order to Cash process, Advanced Revenue Management and Contract Renewals and if you know how to define needs, deliver solutions, resolve issues and deliver ongoing training and support to embed CRM best practises in the various business units, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
In this role, you will report to the Applications and Projects Manager and, with the support of the wider team, you will define needs, deliver solutions, resolve issues and deliver ongoing training and support to embed CRM best practises in the various business units. An end user focused consultative and collaborative approach together with excellent interpersonal skills is a must.
Experience with integrations to Marketo, Salesforce or Infor would be a bonus.
THE RESPONSIBILITES:
We are looking for individuals that can deliver business analysis, solution design, specifications, configuration, development, testing and training for CRM with some SRP/PSA, ERP. If you can define business processes to align with NetSuite processes, and configure NetSuite forms, roles, items in Sandbox and prepare deployment bundles, as well as design and develop NetSuite workflows, we would like to hear from you today.
Individuals who can define data migration templates and work with users to validate loaded data, whilst defining and building NetSuite saved searches, reports and dashboards will be of interest.
So too, will those who participate in project team meetings and work collaboratively with colleagues to complete work, according to plan.
THE CONCLUSION:
Our partner is looking for people with a deep understanding and passion for NetSuite; able to analyse and design NetSuite CRM Customer Engagement and define and evaluate the functional and non-functional. So, if you can write functional specifications and collaborate with technical team members to ensure functional requirements are understood and built as required and documented and configured and refined for the respective business processes, this job opportunity could appeal to you.
Supporting stakeholders during user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparing and delivering training for key users, all whilst continuously working on knowledge development of the NetSuite product and Sales and Marketing processes and related technologies will hold you in good stead.
