Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with one of its’ newest clients; a market leading design and manufacturing company providing products into multiple sectors.
Due to expansion, our client is recruiting for a talented MIS Engineering Technician, who will be responsible for supporting our clients’ production, contracts and purchasing departments on various applications.
THE PRE-REQUISITIES:
The ideal MIS Engineering Technician will be tasked with drawing & checking component schedules and the creation of purchase parts for our clients’ in-house manufacturing departments.
THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Technicians with previous experience of using ERP / MRP / MPS systems with a basic knowledge of CAD and an ability to read engineering drawings; and a strong background in working with timber products alongside experience of creating of parts / BOMS / routes are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
THE CONCLUSION:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, and an ability to analyse, process and implement continuous improvement will hold you in good stead.
