Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are supporting an IT Solution Provider based in North East London in their quest to identify an IT Service Support & Sales / Junior Technical Sales Administrator, responsible for assisting with the quotations process and resourcing; which involves maintaining relations with external contractors and suppliers whilst ensuring that all system records are kept up to date.
THE BASICS:
If you have experience of completing statements of works (SOW), and performance reports; as well as the reconciliation of month end reports relating to job sheets and planning/utilisation reports for Engineer scheduling – then this job role could be of interest to you.
We are looking for individuals who can arrange all logistics for on-site work and projects; raise job sheets for Engineers, arrange courier collection of equipment to client premises : whilst assisting with the preparation and issuing of quotations.
Any Sales Administrators with solid communication skills who can ensure that best prices are given, and that quotes are raised and sent to clients as quickly as possible should apply also. So too should individuals who can maintain all documentation and filing system(s), assist with the management of job sheets from Engineers; arrange courier collection of equipment to and from client premises and the return of goods to suppliers, when necessary.
THE ADDITIONAL SCOPE:
You will also be tasked with lead generation (cold calling), attending to ad-hoc work as and when required, whilst maintaining a professional relationship with all clients.
THE TECHNICAL STUFF:
Relevant work experience with an IT / Cloud services provider or an academic background or a genuine personal interest in IT related topics will hold you in good stead.
Proficiency with MS Office applications is also important as too is excellent written and verbal communication skills.
