BASICS:
As the new IT Project Manager in the Digital Innovation team, you will be a transformative change agent, responsible for the delivery of strategic and enterprise-level technology solutions that support the business’s ambitions of becoming a Digital Leader in its space.
In this role you will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and focus on driving a successful transition from controlled pilots with proven benefits into enterprise-wide ‘business as usual’ solutions, in pursuit of this, you will work with both third-party solution providers and internal software development teams to build and configure working solutions.
If you can focus on the delivery of two key strategic projects; that of groupwide implementation of a third-party common data environment and groupwide implementation of several internally developed digital solutions focused on modernising site operational processes, then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
PRE-REQUISITES:
We are looking for someone to develop realistic long term strategic roadmaps, manage and support a matrixed team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities and work as an integral part of the Digital Innovation Team.
If you can also manage budgets, costing and forecasting, champion change and encourage site-level adoption of new processes and technology improvements, whilst monitoring progress and report this in regular meetings with senior management and stakeholders, you are going to be of interest.
ABOUT YOU:
If you have the ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple and clear communication, coupled with planning & coordination attributes, including success factors, KPIs, measuring and reporting, we’d like to hear from you.
Project Managers with knowledge of common data environments, PowerApps, Scrum or other Agile working techniques and any awareness of citizen development within the Power Platform will be highly desired.
This role will also require strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
