IT Field Engineer Team Leader | Northwest of England | Up to circa 50k

You will have the opportunity to develop other team members, take ownership of the support function, and travel from site to site.
You will support the Service Delivery Team, and travel to the Doncaster & Preston office, so living in the North West of England is a prerequisite of this role.
In your role you will liaise with suppliers and other teams within ICT and other areas of the business to deliver a service, whilst taking ownership of EUC support and assisting the site services team with resource scheduling for technician site visits, conducting performance reviews & one to ones.

THE SKILLS:
If you have a basic understanding and experience within an ITIL environment, (though not essential), that would be great, so too would previous experience of supporting software and interfaces such as: Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and any experience within small to medium projects will be helpful too.
Knowledge of EUC and Site Services, with adherence to IT policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service will also hold you in good stead.
THE OTHER STUFF:
IT Field Engineer Team Leaders who can pro-actively engage team members to create and update knowledge articles within the knowledge base via the ITSM tool and provide support and retain ownership of incidents and service requests until satisfactory resolution, will be of interest.
You will also have overall responsibility of the BAU workload for the respective teams, and assist and support others to ensure all tickets are investigated and resolved within a timely manner; to include the site services team with resource scheduling for technician site visits and site network equipment stock checks
