Integrations Project Manager | Hertfordshire / London / Hybrid Working | up to £600/day

As the Integrations Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and effective delivery of the integration for our partners’ programme, including the following streams of work.

-Rectification of defects and performance of existing integrations

-Delivery of new critical integrations between primary systems

-Delivery of integrations between the order management system Causeway (including the configuration of data transfers between Causeway and client vendor systems).

-Delivery of integrations between bespoke commercial systems.

This job role will involve managing a team, including a project manager, business analyst, BAU development and ICT support team.  All new integrations will be developed by a specialist external partner, however the role will require the development and delivery of a fast paced, agile approach to integration development managed at a granular level.

This is a fantastic 6+ month contract for someone with the right skill set.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Managers with experience of delivering software development projects and knowledge of standard SDLC, coupled with knowledge of data migration and reporting writing will be of interest.

If you have worked with Azure based integration layers (middeware), Azure DevOps, dataverse and Scrum or other Agile working techniques you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

Any knowledge or awareness of citizen development within the Power Platform will also be advantageous.
 

OTHER STUFF:

If you can help to deliver all critical integrations in line with the overall ERP programme of works, whilst owning the planning and task management for the integration delivery streams, as well as running daily stand-ups (where applicable) to ensure timely completion of tasks, we'd like to hear from you.

Individuals who can ensure tasks and objectives align with the overall programme; ensuring that team(s) are delivering on objectives to deadlines and provide progress updates will be sought after. Running steering meetings on integrations, whilst reporting on spending with third parties – (budget vs actual), and developing realistic long term strategic roadmaps and resource plans in collaboration with key business stakeholders to bring data and reporting services inhouse will also be important.

INTERFACES:

There will be symbiosis between roles that are interdependent and have points of interface, such as your relationship with the chief digital officer, the software team, the data migration lead, and the chief information officer.  The external lines of communication include software partners, digital partners and sister companies.

CONCLUSION:

This is an exciting and rewarding project for someone who can manage budgets, costing and forecasting, whilst managing risks and issues to the project, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
