Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead / Manager for a key client; a telecommunications and IT service provider based in South Essex.
Our client is looking for a technically proficient Infrastructure Manager with solid leadership skills and at least 2 years commercial experience of administering, installing and upgrading Citrix Environments as well as virtualisation in VMWare.

THE BASICS:
As the Infrastructure Lead / Manager you will have experience of successfully leading complex projects and support both business users and systems as well as our clients customers and their systems. The role’s primary focus is on Microsoft Windows, VMware vSphere 6 and Citrix XenApp 7 along with Cisco network support.
If you can take responsibility for issue resolution and ensure tasks are assigned and completed with a substantial ‘hands-on’ approach : working together with the management of the team and strategic direction of internal IT support, upgrade and development, then please apply TODAY.
THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
As stated, we are looking for Infrastructure Managers / Senior Engineers with demonstrable experience supporting Windows Server and Desktop platforms, with a good understanding of Cisco Switches and Firewalls; solid experience of installing and supporting VMware virtualisation & Infrastructure solutions and experience of installing and upgrading Citrix environments.
If you work with MS Windows 7, 8 & 10, Server 2003, 2008 & 2012, Cisco Switches & Firewalls; iSCSI SAN/NAS Storage as well as Veeam Backup and Replication, Group Policy Management, coupled with SQL experience, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
Exposure to SAN administration, troubleshooting and maintenance, Switch and Firewall administration, Network link administration coupled with demonstrable experience of being the technical lead on infrastructure projects will hold you in good stead.
