THE BASICS:
Managed Cloud and Public Cloud Services will be your area of responsibility and expertise – providing technical know-how; controls and governance in the ongoing maintenance and BAU support of a broad range of infrastructure and cloud, environments, and services.
THE TECHNICAL STUFF:
This is a great time to being joining our partner, and you will be the technical authority on the wide range of customer environments and services, preparing for the onboarding of new customers and services that consume Cloud Services, dealing with technical escalations and implementing infrastructure architecture, fostering, and maintaining critical vendor relationships and collaborating on and delivering business continuity and disaster recovery goals.
If you know how to manage and ensure compliance of infrastructure related change control procedures, whilst taking technical ownership of the infrastructure, ensuring operational teams are maintaining and continuously improving standards and practices; we would like to hear from you today.
THE ESSENTIALS:

Back-up solutions (i.e Veeam)
Proven System Centre skills; (SCCM, SCVMM, Intune)
Automation tools (PowerShell; Azure DevOps)
Windows Server: 2012/16/19
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft SQL Server
THE DESIRABLE SKILLS:
SolarWinds
Cisco routing & switching
Knowledge of Service Desk systems, ideally ServiceNow
THE CONCLUSION:
This is a fantastic job role for someone who can design, plan, and implement installations – able to remove hardware and services from datacentres, customer onboarding and offboarding, whilst working as part of a broader technical team.
