HR Advisor | Central London | up to £40,000
Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists starts work with one of it’s newest clients; a healthcare provider based in the City of London.
THE BASICS:
As HR Advisor you will provide high quality HR support to the Head of Human Resources and senior Managers across the business. You will be ‘hands on’ across a variety of HR related activities with emphasis placed on Employee Relations, Change Management and Recruitment.

THE PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for HR Advisors who can support the recruitment process including preparing adverts, screening applications and shortlisting. Advising on attraction, interviewing and advertising methods and the management and introduction of HR procedures for new starters : on boarding process, including reference checking, staff contracts of employment & any other contractual documentation; ensuring managers receive accurate and timely responses to any HR queries is important.
You will support the Head of HR in rolling out initiatives across the company, and facilitating with investigations, disciplinary & grievance meetings as required and ensure all paperwork and actions are completed in a timely manner are also part of your role.
If you can assist in the understanding and implementation of company procedures and policies : whilst assisting in development of HR system(s) you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
THE OTHER DETAIL:
The ideal candidate will possess practical HR experience working in an advisory position and be CIPD qualified. Personal presentation is essential, as are excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and attention to detail.
Previous knowledge of the healthcare sector is beneficial but not essential.
In addition, the requirement to travel to and/or work at various locations throughout the UK, predominately supporting our clients’ two locations in Romsey and West Wycombe is important
