CXO / Head of User Experience | Remote | Part-Time | £Negotiable

THE PREMISE:
You will be providing strategic and practical input for a digital business media platform aimed at inspiring and enabling Gen-Z to get more out of their services, products and/or businesses.
The platform is designed to engage and excite a community of dreamers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, who sometimes have nothing more than an idea to share with the world.
If you believe that you can help to create a positive user experience, whilst communicating the value proposition to the relevant audiences, we would love to hear from you today.
Your energy and ability to communicate the message and the ethos of the brand is what will take individuals from being potential customers to bona fide ambassadors; and by using the customers’ language and interacting with them through their preferred communication channels, you will be a major catalyst for organic and potential viral growth.
THE BASICS:
As CXO / Head of User Experience, you will have oversight to the entire customer journey. If you have prior experience of creating journey maps that depict the stages customers go through when interacting with a [new] brand, we would like to hear from you.
If you can help and assist in creating a positive interaction between the brand and individuals, and help predict the path of future customers, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
We are looking for someone who can assure adequate responses to user concerns and suggestions for improvement, via interaction across many channels, including social media platforms and customer feedback forums.
If you are a CXO / Head of User Experience with an ability to integrate channels to ensure a smooth flow of usable information between the enterprise and its user base, you will be sought after.
Suggestions, advise and support around usable information, data analytics, social media management software and digital transformation projects to ensure that user experience (UX) across customer-facing websites, apps and other technologies is consistent and positive, will also be highly sought after.
THE PURPOSE:
For every sale made a % of the profit is automatically donated to the 17 Sustainable Development Global Goals (or SDGs) as adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015.
THE INCUMBENCY:
This will be a 3-month contract, with a ‘profit share’ incentive built-in, with the option to extend the contract, and potentially become much more of a long-term situation, for the right person.
If you have other commitments, or if you are currently employed full-time, or even if you have your own business to run – your expertise (even with a cap on time shared) may be exactly what is needed, right now.
