Head of Data & Analytics | London & Home Based | £70,000 – £85,000

THE BASICS:
In this role you will be chairing the Information Governance Steering Group and you will have the opportunity to oversee the deployment of the current Information Governance strategy. Liaising with stakeholders and overseeing the training needs of data-stewards, as well as co-steering the ongoing deployment of data management and reporting technologies will make up part of your role.
Chairing the Data Change Board todrive change management across all data domains, whilst leading the Business Intelligence team (which currently provides data, reporting and analytics to the Group) will also make up part of your remit.
THE ADDITIONALS:
Leaders with a friendly, positive demeanour and a solid track-record of leading teams of up to 10 people, whilst managing budgets, and senior stakeholder engagement and liaison, strategy, and policy development will thrive in this position.
You should have demonstrable experience of driving real value from data, facilitating analysis, insights and forecasting via the systems and services you have managed.
THE CONCLUSION:
As Head of Data & Analytics, running and overseeing the BI team will require a solid appreciation for information, and strong stakeholder management will also be key part of your role.
In presenting information, data and findings back to the board, you will have a deep understanding of best practise information governance and data management strategies, reporting, analytics and data management technologies (current Microsoft platforms) as well as of data architectures and integration concepts.
