Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with a forward thinking and dynamic telecommunications company, with an office based in North London.
THE BASICS:
The ideal Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for the implementation of a number of multi-device web applications that utilise the web service APIs, published by our clients’ platform’s server-side components.
THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Languages: JavaScript, C#
Technologies: .NET (Visual Studio), XML, JSON, Ajax, JQuery, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, RESTful APIs
Web application development for all major browsers including: Chrome, IE/Edge, Safari and Firefox.
Developers must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the limitations encountered in each of these:
–Security: OAuth2.x (Auth0)
–Cloud services and web hosting through Microsoft Azure
–Source control through SourceTree and GitHub
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Full Stack Web Developer will design, develop and test the following web applications for both internal company users and our clients’ customers :
– Marketing web site to attract new customers – Customer sign up and registration site – Customer self-service portal – Internal customer support representative portal – Billing and payment portal – Internal platform management and reporting portal –
If you can develop, maintain and communicate the application architecture, whilst managing application projects & technical issues in addition to attending and providing progress reports, coupled with an ability to configure the management of source code, we’d like to hear from you today.
Developers who can manage the ‘build process’ to ensure the reliable and repeatable production of deployable web applications and can adhere to a solid software testing approach using the established test environments, with analysis of reported bugs with detailed specification of solutions then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
Several years’ experience of designing and developing web client applications on a range of screen sizes and devices, and experience of developing and launching cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) products with experience of web application development for systems hosted on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, coupled with extensive experience of using an Agile development approach (e.g. Scrum, Lean, FDD) for rapid product development and release are important.
