FP&A Analyst | Sales Ops | Guildford | £40,000 – £50,000

Due to rapid growth, they are recruiting for a dynamic Sales Ops / FP&A Analyst to bolster their commercial and finance teams. Based at our Guildford HQ, with travel to the London office, you will play a pivotal role in the business's commercial operations, ensuring efficient processes, clear reporting, and driving the sales engine for future growth.
You will need to be able to work a mix in Guildford and Soho 4 days and 1 day WFH
Your Impact
- Streamline Sales Processes: Develop and document the sales processes and tools to empower the sales team.
- Equip the Team: Ensure the sales team has all the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
- Optimize CRM: Own and enhance the CRM system, ensuring workflows align with the sales process and maintain high data quality.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and analysis to drive sales direction and efficiency, including sales funnel and pipeline analysis.
- Performance Tracking: Build and maintain a robust data and reporting foundation to provide visibility and performance tracking.
- Target & Compensation Models: Partner with sales and finance leadership to define targets and compensation structures.
- Support Processes: Administratively support partner onboarding and sales order processes, and improve the inbound lead qualifying process.
- Commercial Analysis: Offer forward-looking commercial analysis to aid in effective business planning.
- Board Reporting: Enhance monthly Board reports for Sales, Marketing, and FP&A functions.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Undertake various analysis and reporting tasks for the CFO, CMO, and CSO.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Ideally, prior experience in Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, or FP&A within a growth-stage software business.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC) and other sales productivity tools, including best practices for use, integrations, and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent business acumen, reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Sales Knowledge: Good understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, forward-looking financial planning, and general reporting/analytics.
- Results-Oriented: An outcomes-oriented approach to providing insights and delivering decision-grade material up to and including Board level.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
