Finance Partner / Business Analyst | London | £350 – £450/day
Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Finance Partner (Finance / EPO) to work with our clients’ business and finance functions to understand and analyse requirements.
The start date would be Monday 3rd December 2018 at the very latest and the ideal candidate must have finance qualification(s) or significant experience; around Sun Systems (v6 ideally v6.3); and should have worked through at least one full UAT; and be familiar with data mapping, conversion and reporting.

THE BASICS:
As the Finance Partner, you will work on the Chart of Accounts Redesign Project, carrying a thorough understanding of business and finance processes and finance systems.
Individuals who can support the programme management team, build strong productive customer focused relationships with the Business, IT teams and third parties with the ability to understand interfaces between various systems, will be of interest.
Candidates with high quality business requirements documentation (such as requirements specifications, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria) and detailed technical requirements specifications (such as data models, ER diagrams, UML models) should apply TODAY.
Managing scope creep and clearly communicating with stakeholders, whilst working closely with the Development and Testing teams and driving the UAT with the business users is vital.
THE SKILLS:
Finance Partners with demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst in an IT environment including significant experience working with finance systems and processes and a good appreciation of Purchase To Pay, Order To Cash, Record To Report, Double Entry Book Keeping and Finance processes will be highly sought after.
Additional requirements include soliciting and documenting whilst working with distributed teams and using the appropriate controls and experience of Agile or iterative methodologies and terminology.

THE CONCLUSION:
This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a BA / Project Lead / Partner with solid finance qualification(s) or significant experience around Sun Systems and a BA/BSc Degree in a relevant subject; coupled with a good understanding of project management methodology with a reputation as a ‘trusted advisor’
A PMI-PBA Certified or equivalent is desirable, but not a necessity.
