DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer | UK wide | Remote | £40,000 – £80,000

As DevOps Engineer you will join a Global company to help deliver transformative digital work for high profile private and public sector clients. Working within the Central Government business unit, you’ll have the opportunity to play an important role, working on highly rewarding projects that help keep the UK’s public safe.

THE BASICS:

With a wide variety or opportunities that include different and challenging projects as well as varied career paths. Whether you want to become a subject matter expert, further your experience within an agile DevOps environment, or you are interested in progressing through to a leadership role – we have opportunities at all levels.

You will work with a company who will identify where they can best utilise your existing experience, while providing the training necessary to fulfil current and future roles.
 

KEY SKILLS:

Your skills should include some or all of the below:

Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, etc.)
Automated Configuration Management tooling (Ansible, etc.)
Containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) experience
Pipeline experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
GitOps experience and an understanding of the importance of everything as code
Experience in software development lifecycle (Agile/Lean methodologies)

Role can be office or home-based, flexible or hybrid.
