Our client is an international company with state-of-the-art offices, based in Cardiff who deliver B2B technology marketing through customised gatherings; connecting an elite force of IT decision makers globally and they are looking for a Delegate Sales / Relationship Manager, to join their winning team.

Our client has an outstanding reputation globally; working with some of the biggest blue-chip FTSE 500 companies in the world, and their global events are delivered with passion; offering a bespoke service to high profile clients on a regular basis.

THE ROLE

As Delegate Sales / Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key part in delivering event projects, via development of proposals and managing certain aspects of pre-event planning & speaking to C-level executives to ensure they are invited to and attend corporate events. In addition, you will ensure professional client handling with excellent attention to detail.

THE BASICS

As part of the Delegate Sales Team you will report to the Company Director; you will have the autonomy to manage your own call schedules and if you have the ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders.

If you have experience of phone-based sales & customer service, having worked in a fast-paced environment; able to meet crucial deadlines then we’d like to hear from you.

Individuals who can identify key staff in client companies – promote high quality delegate sales – gain solid knowledge of competitors, clients and the target market : and manage and develop overall processes and client handling/management will be of interest.

THE ADDITIONAL STUFF:

International travel to meet clients and assist with corporate events will make up part of this exciting job opportunity and several years’ experience of dealing with Blue Chip FTSE 500 companies is also important.
