Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Project Manager to work with a key client as they commence on a major Business Transformation Programme, which includes implementation of a new Strategic Mobile forms Application Platform, and associated compliance deliverables.
THE BASICS:
As Compliance Project Manager you will be responsible for end to end delivery of a new SaaS based CoTs Mobile Application including associated integration to software, services and required data sources. This project forms part of a key compliance initiative and will also need to fuse with our clients’ transformation programme and is part of an overarching CRM Transformation Programme.
The Mobile Forms application project includes requirement analysis, process design, procurement and vendor selection through to implementation, testing, training, transition to Go Live and hand over to BAU support.
Reporting to the CRM Programme Manager the Compliance Project Manager will act as the main focal point of contact within the CRM Programme for the management and delivery of the Compliance Workstream. Your ability to manage chosen 3rd party vendors and Systems Integrators to deliver the solution, is vital.
The Compliance Project Manager will also be responsible initially for a small team of Business Analysts & Architects. As the project moves forward you will then lead a small team of other critical resources to work alongside procurement, IT and stakeholder teams to ensure vendors are delivering a quality solution as required.
THE SKILLS:
If you have specialist knowledge and an in depth understanding of Compliance based Mobile Form Application system implementation; the delivery of Compliance applications as SaaS solution and multi-channel solutions and systems Integration lifecycle you are likely to receive an interview request.
PRINCE 2 certified Project Managers, with experience of Vendor selection and procurement and creation of RFP or ITT for CRM are highly sought after.
OTHER PRE-REQUISITES:
The overall implementation and delivery of the Mobile Forms application and the overall implementation systems of Integration for Mobile Forms applications coupled with the development of Mobile Forms Application ITT documentation including functional and non-functional requirements is important.
In addition; management of the Mobile Forms Application Procurement across the business and development and maintenance of Mobile Forms Application Project Plan, RAID log : assigning resources and budgets accordingly is integral to successful delivery.
Your ability to facilitate change within the project, liaise and influence teams to deliver to plan, including data and infrastructure teams, ensuring the most effective approach for the company and its products will hold you in good stead.
