THE BASICS:
As the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for sending all order confirmation and invoices to new and renewing partners, ensuring projects start in a timely manner – and you will be responsible for daily interaction, reports and updates; taking overall responsibility for keeping all client partner projects on track, to agreed client milestones.
This will be achieved primarily by taking responsibility for refining client partner services processes and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience as and when appropriate.
If you have an agency, or digital media or multi-customer environment background as well as a professional, proactive and positive attitude with demonstrable knowledge and a track record of commercial delivery you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
The client services team is the hub of all communications, and will suit someone who is eager, ambitious, reliable and well-organised with a passion for promoting excellence.
THE PRE-REQUISITES:
A proven track record of working in a media style environment, taking care of order confirmation processing, invoice payment, kick-off meeting management and client feedback actions
is a must.
If you possess excellent knowledge of office software packages, analytical and quality reporting skills, coupled with an ability to identify and present more effective working practices, we’d like to hear from you ASAP.
Resilience, independence, and enthusiasm are all important traits, to be successful in this role; coupled with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
THE PACKAGE:
The likely salary is between £30,000 – £40,000.
Whilst this is a full-time role with office working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30hrs – 17:30hrs, the option to work from home 2 days per week is also available.
You also receive generous annual leave, plus bank holidays – and free on-site car parking.
THE CONCLUSION:
