Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working with its newest client; a public services provider based in Nottinghamshire who provide environmental services to a myriad of consumers and due to organic growth, they are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join a fantastic team and play a pivotal role in moving the business forward.
THE BASICS:
As the Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in capturing and manage stakeholder requirements, analyse and improve business processes along with identifying and managing the implementation of third-party solutions. You will also be required to work with product owners and developers to deliver new systems, prepare and evaluate business cases and have experience identifying, managing our clients’ business benefits.
THE MUST HAVES:
As the Business Analyst, you will have experience of leading and facilitating workshops as well as implementing web-solutions. You’ll be required to have experience of using industry standard tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira and Confluence, if you tick the boxes this could be the right opportunity for you.
Business Analysts with previous experience in a similar role along with an understanding of the software development lifecycle will be of great interest to our client. If you have any experience of development frameworks such as Agile and Scrum along with analysis techniques such as User Story writing, UML, BPM and Wire Framing you will be of high interest.
Analysts with excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals will be of great interest. If you have the ability to self-manage, work on multiple projects at the same time and deliver to a strict deadline you’re likely to receive an immediate interview request.
THE ADDITIONALS:
You will be working as an analyst within the business analysis team, which is part of our clients’ larger IT team helping our client to identify and define commercial opportunities, process and system improvements.
You will be working as part of an Agile team to deliver in-house developed software as well as working with our clients’ perspective suppliers and business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, procure and implement third-party software solutions.
