Responsibilities will include the following.
Identify stakeholder objectives and their business needs
Investigate and agree complex business and system functional and non-functional requirements
Find and resolve inconsistencies
Run and improve a requirement management system
Identify acceptance tests and scope
Manage requests for the application of changes to baseline requirements
Conduct advanced modelling activities
Plan own modelling activities
Obtain agreement with stakeholders on models, processes and requirements
Define scope and business priorities, and could hold the vision for, change initiatives of medium size and complexity
KEY SKILLS:
You will have experience working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe
Experience in writing feature acceptance criteria and define MVP for products, user stories, and development team define and refine the acceptance criteria
You’ll demonstrable experience owing Team Backlog – refinement and prioritization of stories and features
Technology Awareness – understanding development lifecycle, Quality Assurance and engineering best practices
A problem-solving attitude with an open mindset focussed on learning and developing new skills
Experience working in financial services as a business consultant / business analyst
