Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working with a successful, dynamic IT company who are looking to expand their team with the appointment of a new Agile Coach.
As Agile Coach you will report directly to the Development Manager and take overall responsibility for the adoption and continued improvement of Agile methodologies within the various development teams; designing market leading applications.
We are looking for people with strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership tendencies : acting as the Agile champion for our client.
At the team level, the you will provide guidance, coaching, support and facilitation that helps remove any obstacles that teams may encounter along the way.
At the individual level, you will support individual efforts, addressing issues that arise, and removing obstacles to help individuals be focused and productive.
CURRENT TOOLSETS:
Atlassian – Jira / Confluence
Gdrive – GDocs / GSheets
Office – Word / Excel
THE PRE-REQUISITIES:
If you are a subject-matter expert on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), able to define with each team the best way to use Jira tickets and workflows, whilst continuously improving Agile processes we’d like to hear from you.
Coaches who can maintain Jira tickets and workflows as one of our clients’ Jira Administrators, building upon current reports and helping unblock other team members, whilst promoting the benefits of Agile methodologies at all levels are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
THE SKILLS:
Agile coaches with several years of experience, operating in a professional Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, with up to date knowledge on Agile best practices and previous experience overseeing team transformation from Waterfall to Agile will be sought after. If you are an expert in creating reports to understand where to concentrate agile transformation efforts, please be in touch.
