Account Manager | Central London | £30,000-£65,000
Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working with a key client who provides security solutions to a number of blue-chip, enterprise & public sector organisations across the UK and internationally.
Our client is continuing to expand to meet ever-increasing demands from their rapidly growing customer base. Account Managers who have had the responsibility to drive incremental sales for previous clients through a mixture of identifying and targeting new accounts combined with the management of existing customers will be of interest, so too will Account Managers with the ambition to win and maintain new lines of business from existing customers by building strong relationships with prospect customers.
THE BASICS:
We are looking for multiple Account Managers who are self-motivated, self-sufficient with excellent time management and a positive attitude that will make a valuable contribution to our client’s business. Account Managers with experience of identifying and maximising opportunities for sales and growth whilst consistently delivering on sales targets and keeping activity high to achieve KPIs.

Individuals with solid sales experience within an IT reseller, VAR, LSP or similar organisation coupled with an understanding of digital transformation and IT Modernisation will be key to this role. If you have previously performed in sales roles having communicated with senior/C-level contacts will be of high interest.
As part of this role, you will solely be based at our client’s Central London Office but you will be required to make client visits, as and when needed, this will be to attend customer meetings as well as attending regular internal sales meetings.
THE SALARY:
The salary for the right Account Manager will be dependent on relevant experience.
Having sales experience from 2-5 years could achieve a salary circa £30,000-£35,000. This would then be combined with an OTE of around £70,000-£80,000 are current Account Managers exceeding £100k.
If you have a lot more experience, somewhere upwards of 8-10 years, then you should be looked at for the more Senior Account Manager position between £50,000 and £65,000. This would then be combined with an OTE of well over £100k.
