As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will join a dynamic and technically focused team. If you’re passionate about technology, good at problem solving, with excellent communication skills then we would like to hear from you.

Must be able to work shifts pattern between 7am – 8.30pm

2nd Line Support Job pre-requisites:

Experience working on a service desk in a 2nd Line Support role

You will have a good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware, Windows 7/8 desktop support

Windows 2008/2012 Server, active directory, group policy

Exchange server 2010 administration and configuration

The remote support of users in a Citrix environment

Network devices including Firewalls (IP routing, IPSec, VPN, VLAN, LACP) LAN switches and routers an advantage

Datacentres and virtualisation (VMWare & Hyper-V) an advantage
