Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer | 2nd | 3rd Line Support, who is keen to advance their career within the IT support industry.

As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will join a dynamic and technically focused team. If you’re passionate about technology, good at problem solving, with excellent communication skills then we would like to hear from you.

Job pre-requisites:

It’s not essential that you have all these skills, training will be provided accordingly

Experience working on a service desk in a 2nd Line Support role

You will have a good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware to include Mac

Windows 9 and 10 OS, Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server, active directory, group policy

Exchange server 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, Citrix XenApp, Lync

Network devices including Firewalls (IP routing, IPSec, VPN, VLAN, LACP) LAN switches and routers an advantage

Datacentres and virtualisation (VMWare & Hyper-V) an advantage
