Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with a growing MSP who are looking to hire an experienced 1st | 2nd Line Support Engineer to support their growth in Manchester.
This is an exciting job role where you’ll be part of a fast paced, dynamic support team, where you will have the opportunity to go out on site visits.
Must have clean driving license.
As 1st | 2nd Line Customer Support Engineer you will provide on-site and remote technical support services to various clients based in North West.
You’ll be supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity.

1st | 2nd Line Support Engineer pre-requisites:
Experience with Windows desktop & application support is a must have
Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange Server experience
Mac experience would be an advantage
Basic network troubleshooting
An understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect, Veeam Backup & Replication beneficial
